Sara F. Cuellar
Sara F. Cuellar , 95

Sara F. Cuellar, surrounded by her children & grandchildren was welcomed into the loving arms of her Lord & Savior on the evening of July 28, 2016.

Born in Huacar, Huanuco, Peru, on January 7, 1921 daughter to Natalia Rojas and Bruno Fretel. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She shared 68 years of her life alongside her beloved husband, Grimaldo Cuellar, who she affectionately called “papa.” Together, with 4 other church members united through their faith in Christ, co-founded Palestina Church of the Assemblies of God in the city of Lima, a vibrant and growing congregation today.

Sara loved the Lord deeply and devoted her mornings to scripture reading and meditating on God’s word. Her family and friends recall her incredible ability to memorize and recall bible verses word for word. Everyone around her admired the way she applied the same scripture to her daily life.
