Condolence From: Michael Anderson

Condolence: I was saddened to learn of Richard's passing and all the more dismayed to learn of this rapid onset and demise. I admired Richard's professionalism, patience, and scrupulous ethics in the conduct of his work and more importantly in hie demeanor with his stafff and colleagues.

I was not close with him yet found myself often nothing his continued and dedicated efforts. Always with good answers, idwas, and kind words. The good die young.
